The reports and video recording of the first quarterly General Meeting of the Media Association for 2022.

The distribution has been sent to more than 200 journalists, both those employed by media houses and those who freelance for them.

MATT is distributing 20 masks per journalist to assist them in continuing to work during this period of high infections.

Two of the new executive members are journalists working in Tobago and the third is a news photographer, in keeping with the MATT executive’s pursuit of inclusion across all practicing arms of local journalism.

MATT has no jurisdiction over individual newsrooms and their reporters, who are accountable to their editors and respective media houses.

The current members of the executive will work to strengthen its governance capacity and ready ourselves to report on the work of our first quarter.
